James was ripping all day, consistently hitting all of his tricks and doing it in heat wave temperatures. Not to mention, broken board in pre-qualifiers, cracked deck in the qualifiers, and skated the cracked deck in the final jam to take 3rd place. It was sick. Way up in Vermont there lives one of the coolest shops I’ve ever been to, and it’s called Maven. Totally crew went up there for a brief visit last summer, and the whole scene up there was awesome. Guys and girls got rowdy at the [...] James took a trip up to New England last weekend to hit up Subliminal in MA, and Haven in CT. From what I hear, James was throwing down trick after trick after trick. I’m not surprised at all.
